Job Description
Your tasks
- Management and support of radiation protection projects of the department, especially at PSI West
- Development of radiation protection concepts (e.g. for freeing measurements or characterization of radioactive materials) as well as preparation of expert opinions on new experiments and systems
- Implementation of radiation protection planning and measurements for dismantling/conversion activities at PSI and assessment of radiation protection aspects in safety reports
- Preparation of approval and release applications to the supervisory authorities
- Creation of technical reports and QM documents
- Presentations at specialist meetings and international conferences
- Working in surveillance and controlled areas
your profile
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical or scientific discipline
- Expertise in the fields of practical radiation protection, radiation physics and measurement technology
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good IT application knowledge
- Experience in project management
- Communicative, team player and flexible personality
